We are getting news from Redmi Note 7/7S that they are receiving the MIUI 11.0.9.0 update with February Security patch and two new features. You can now download the Update which comes with the version number MIUI 11.0.9.0PFGINXM. and sizes around 696 Mb.
Talking about the MIUI on Redmi Note 7/7S, it is running on Android Pie so users who are looking forward to Android 10 update have to wait longer.
As for the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant was priced at Rs. 13,999, while the 6GB + 128GB storage variant carried a price tag of Rs. 16,999. The phone is available in Neptune Blue, Nebula Red, and Space Black colour options.
The Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with a 4,000mAh battery which supports Quick Charge 4.0. The phone currently runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 9 Pie. As for the shooter, there’s a 12 MP primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture along with secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front side, a 13 MP selfie camera is present.

How to Check the Update
You can check the OTA by going to Software Updater app which is present in Settings -> About Phone. Make sure that your device is fully charged and connected to Wifi.
If you are not seeing any update in the Software Update, which is normal because of the incremental rollout process of OTA updates, you can install manually. Download the ROM and see the Installation procedure below.
