Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI update for Mi Note 10 Pro aka Mi CC9 in China. The new update comes with the version number V11.0.9.0.PFDMIXM and is mainly focused to fix the bugs and performance issues. It is about 2.6 GB in size.
Users are getting the new update in batches, so some devices will get the update sooner than others. After initial feedback, the Update will be pushed to all devices. You can check the update by going in Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update.
If you want to flash the update manually, then you can download it from here and follow the given instructions to flash it using the Software updater app or TWRP. Two versions are available to download, one is full Recovery ROM package with 2.6 GB in size and the other one is an OTA package for devices that are running on MIUI V11.0.8.0.
