Mi 9T Pro is now receiving the April 2020 security patch with the latest update. The update comes with the version number V11.0.4.0.QFKMIXM and weighs around 2.3 GB. Aside from the April 2020 security patch, the update does not bring anything significantly new.
This is the initial rollout of the ROM which means only a number of users will get. After observing the feedback of users, Xiaomi will either push the update to the public or roll it back if any bugs are found and release it again with fixes. You can check the update by going in Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update.
If you haven’t received the update and can’t wait for the public release, then you can download the update and install it manually. You can find the download link and installation instructions in this post. There are two types of ROMs available, one is Recovery package (2.4 GB) which can be flashed over any MIUI version and it will upgrade it to the latest V11.0.4.0, the other one is the OTA package (186 MB) which can be flashed only over V11.0.3.0 to upgrade it to V11.0.4.0.

Done! You have flashed Stock Firmware for Mi 9T Pro
Fastboot Method (Manual)
This Method needs an Unlocked Bootloader. If your Device is locked then go here and Unlock it.
Download the MI Flash tool from here and install it.
Download the Fastboot ROM given above.

Step 1: Decompress the Downloaded ROM file
Step 2: Boot the Mi 9T Pro into Fastboot mode by pressing Volume down + Power Button at the same time and Connect it to PC via USB Cable
