Redmi K20 India Version is now receiving a New MIUI update that brings March 2020 Security Patch along with some optimizations. The update weighs around 2.19 GB and comes with a version number of V11.0.3.0.QFJINXM. To recall, Android 10 for Redmi K20 was first released in January but rolled back due to freezes and bugs issues. It was re-released in February with the issues fixed and January security patch.
The update is in the roll-out process and as always, it is a staged Roll-out process. Some devices will get the update sooner than others so if any bugs exist, it can be sorted out before the public release. You can check the update by going in Settings -> About Phone -> Software update.
If you cannot wait for the release, then you can download the Recovery version ROM from this post and flash it manually using the given instructions. Also, for those who are running on MIUI V11.0.2.0 can download the OTA package that will update it to the V11.0.3.0.
