LineageOS 15.0 is Android Oreo-based Custom ROM which brings all Oreo features and security to Redmi note 4. This ROM gives a Stock UI with many customizations options. You have also a good performance with good battery life.
This ROM is still in improvement stage so expect a few bugs. And based on the Users feedback, I would say that go for it if you want to use Android Oreo.

ViperOS is a Custom ROM from a Brazilian team. It is based on LineageOS but with no Bloatware. ViperOS team claims that the ROM is Stable with minimal bugs. The UI is same as stock and the ROM looks clean and nice.
