The much-awaited Global Android 10 for Mi 9 Lite/CC9 is finally released. You can now download ROM with version V11.0.1.0 which brings the latest iteration of Android along with new features of MIUI 11 and Android 10. The update also brings the February Security Patch.
The version number for this update is V11.0.1.0.QFCMIXM and is currently under roll out process to random users.
Mi 9 Lite was released back in September 2019 with a rebranded version Mi CC9 in China. It rocking a 6.39 Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm SDM710 Snapdragon 710 chipset. The device offers up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Talking about the Cameras, there is a Triple camera setup on the rear side which comprises of primary 48 MP at f/1.8 with a secondary Ultrawide lens and a depth sensor. On the front side, the 32 selfie shooter is present. The device is fueled by a 4030 mAh battery with Fast Charging support.

How to Check the Update in your Mi 9 Lite
You can check the OTA by going to Software Updater app which is present in Settings -> About Phone. Make sure that your device is fully charged and connected to Wifi.
If you are not seeing any update in the Software Update, which is normal because of the incremental rollout process of OTA updates, then you can install the update manually. Download the ROM and see the Installation procedure below.

You need TWRP to flash Global Stable if your device running on EEA. I would recommend you to wait for OTA update.
I can’t choose update package.
Under 3 dots, I can choose : download latest package, whats new, update settings and More.

I am really sorry Vlada for this: I forgot to mention that you need to enable recovery mode first. Go to Settings > About phone > System update and click on the MIUI logo 7-8 times to access recovery options.
After this, you can choose the update package. I will update the post in due course
Where did the front camera animation disappear after the update?
I can’t run the update. Unable to verify and update will not start.
Rename the downloaded to file to update.zip, Reboot the device and then Install the Update.
